This Scart to HDMI converter can convert the analog signal input from the Scart interface to 1080p (60HZ) HDMI signal output. You can make only SCART interface playback devices, such as DVD, set-top box in the high-definition display device connection. The sampling rate is up to 10 bits of 162MSPS during analogue digital conversion. The composite signal is automatically converted to 1080p (60HZ) output by black / white level expansion, color transition improvement, dynamic range expansion, bright white processing and automatic detection.
So that the picture lifelike, to bring you the most clear, most realistic high-definition visual effects.
